Commissions and Custom Orders: I welcome the opportunity to create unique works specific to your needs. Please contact me via the website to discuss ideas for commissioned works, including those using your own photographs or other visuals. A non-refundable deposit is required, but if you are not totally satisfied with the completed work, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued.
Currency: Prices are in US dollars
Insurance/Tracking: All works of art are insured for shipping to client and will be shipped with FedEX. Tracking numbers will be supplied for every shipment. Each work of art is shipped separately even if multiple paintings are ordered, with the exception of small packages, if requested.
Ready to Hang: All works are shipped ready to hang, using professional grade wire and attachments.
Returns: For all reproductions there is a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. The artwork must be returned, undamaged, in the original packagingd. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and the customer must insure artwork for return. There are no returns for original works, so let's discuss prior to purchase to ensure your satisfaction.
Shipment arrives damaged: If your art arrives and the box is damaged, please photograph the package and contact me immediately. Then open the package to see if the work has been damaged and if so, photograph the damaged artwork. NOTE: Every original work of art is photographed before and after it is packaged and before it is sent to you, for insurance purposes. All of my original artworks are insured for transportation.
Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are pre-calculated for the U.S. and Canada. All other countries will need to contact me directly through the website to arrange shipping fees. All foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipts.
